Bernard has owned and operated Spa and Beauty Salons for greater than thirty years in his tenor of thirty –five years as a Master Stylist.
Based in the Greater Northeast, with a following and clientele spanning the regions of NY, NJ and P; Bernard, developed an exclusive book of business generated by word of mouth.
Bernard remains a Master of Marketing developing a strong clientele in South Florida as well as a leader in the field of hair design in the industry.
He continues to remain a highly respected Master Stylist, Educator, and Mentor to related parties in the industry.
Bernard is and will always be an active participant in many organizations related to the field of Cosmetology.
